"I got my car worked on, on Jan 25th 2011. It was great service.. I also had work done at the west knoxville location and got great service there as well. The one on Western however is closer to where i live so thats why i went there this time. They are very honest, and do good work. They take very good care of you as far as making sure your happy with the price, as well as the work. They also shuttled me 12 miles away back to my apt while my car was getting worked on and then came and picked me back up when it was done. It takes alot to impress me, but i can honestly say they did, and anytime i have anymore issues with my car ill be taking it to these guys."

We were very happy with the way our vehicle was fixed and the service was wonderful we will definetly use you for all our service needs.

I was extremely satisfied. I came in with a dead batery and they changed it in the parking lot so my baby could stay asleep in the back. The second time I took my car in for other repairs the work was done quicker than originally promised. Love the Bible verse on the sign. I'll be back.

Being a female, I am always apprehensive about going to an auto repair shop. But I am so greatful for your facilities. The manager was very helpful in explaining to me in detail what was going on with my car. He was very professional and friendly. You don't feel intimidated at all.
